Key Responsibilities:
Sell health-related products such as Medibuddy insurance, critical illness plans, and general health insurance.
Explain fundraising and donation options to patients and caregivers.
Assist customers in initiating and managing crowdfunding campaigns on ImpactGuru.
Build rapport with patients and guide them on suitable financial aid options.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, product explanation, conversion, and documentation.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and post-sale support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interaction in CRM tools.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, healthcare, or fundraising sales.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Compassionate approach when dealing with patients and families.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, empathetic environment.
