Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source through different job boards.
Conduct initial screenings,interviews and manage candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

2- 4 years of experience in non-IT, blue-collar, or volume hiring.
Good communication skills in regional Language and English.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven enviroment.
Willingness to travel locally for hiring drives and field coordination.
