Role & responsibilities


  • Source through different job boards.
  • Conduct initial screenings,interviews and manage candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements.

Preferred candidate profile


  • 2- 4 years of experience in non-IT, blue-collar, or volume hiring.
  • Good communication skills in regional Language and English.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven enviroment.
  • Willingness to travel locally for hiring drives and field coordination.
