Job Description

Operations: To manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the vendors including routine work.

Quality Assurance: Inspect all the materials used at the site against the specs approved in the BOQ.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and operations satisfaction. Analyze data, performance metrics, and feedback to drive operational excellence.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pod Operations, Facility Management, and business development team, to optimize operations and address any issues or bottlenecks to complete the targeted tasks. Faster effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Outcomes:

Optimize construction processes workflows to ensure upkeep efficient performance of all the equipment to order fulfillment and timely delivery of grocery products to customers with good quality.
