Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and support talent acquisition efforts for our growing BIM organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles including BIM Engineers, Architects, MEP Coordinators, Modelers, and Design professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team fit.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications and interest.
- Coordinate technical interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Create job descriptions and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
- Participate in recruitment drives, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Track metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the AEC/BIM/Engineering industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
