Job Description
Key Responsibilities for FR TL
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of Field Recruiters to meet recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Recruitment Oversight: Supervise the recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality candidate selection.
- Strategy Execution: Implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and staffing needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and provide regular feedback to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Adhoc Tasks: Any additional task assigned by managers related to FR performance improvement and to achieve city targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be Graduate in any field.
- Proven experience in recruitment of Delivery Executives with a minimum of 1 year in a team management role or in leading sales team.
- Regional Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language is mandatory.
- Location Expertise: Must have in-depth knowledge of the local area.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team, with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
- Must be aware of basic excel skills and flexible with the scope of the role.Role & responsibilities
