Job Title: OpenAI Developer - LLM Training Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OpenAI Developer with a strong background in Supervised Learning and hands-on experience in training Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will play a key role in training and fine-tuning AI models, specifically to enhance the capabilities of our ChatGPT AI assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize training pipelines for LLMs.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models like ChatGPT to align with specific use cases and business needs.
- Develop and curate high-quality datasets for supervised learning and model training.
- Perform hyperparameter tuning to enhance model performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and align AI models with organizational goals.
- Test and validate trained models to ensure they meet performance and accuracy benchmarks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI models during training and deployment phases.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, and OpenAI technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in OpenAI APIs and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Expertise in Supervised Learning and dataset preparation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with ChatGPT or similar LLMs.
- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.
