SAP B1 Functional Consultant @ Covalsys

Job Description

Covalsysoft Solutions is looking for SAP B1 Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• As an SAP B1 (Business One) Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and providing ongoing support for SAP Business One solutions
• This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translating them into effective SAP B1 solutions, and ensuring successful system implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed functional specifications
• Solution Design:Design and configure SAP B1 solutions based on client requirements
• Develop and document functional specifications for customizations and enhancements
• Implementation:Lead and execute SAP B1 implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment
• Configure modules, workflows, and system settings to meet client needs
• Testing:Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP B1 solutions
• Work with clients to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Training:Provide training to end-users and key stakeholders on SAP B1 functionality and usage
• Create training materials and documentation to support user education
• Support and Maintenance:Provide ongoing support to clients for SAP B1 systems, addressing issues and implementing updates as needed
• Collaborate with technical teams for bug fixes and system enhancements
• Customization and Enhancement:Work with developers and technical teams to implement customizations and enhancements
• Ensure that any changes align with best practices and do not compromise system stability
• Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, configuration details, and change management records
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
