Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business analysis and technology, with the ability to bridge the gap between IT and business operations. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and business acumen to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop technical and functional specifications based on business needs.
Work with IT and business teams to design and implement solutions.
Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
Ensure project deadlines are met and report project status to management.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Liaise between cross-functional teams and communicate project updates effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
14-20 years of experience in a business analyst role with a focus on IT solutions.
Strong understanding of business processes and project management frameworks.
General Insurance (Motor Insurance-Claims) Domain knowledge is mandatory
Proven experience with system analysis, design, and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
