Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Skill required: Lease Administration and Abstraction
Strong domain expertise in Lease Administration services Lease abstraction, Lease Setup, Recovery Set-Up, CAM Billing & Lease Audit processes.
12-24 months of experience in Lease Abstraction Services.
Experience in the Real Estate/Legal Allied Services Domain would be ideal
Written and verbal communication skills must be excellent
Must have fair knowledge of excel
Ability to multitask between two systems
Open for US shifts

WFO/WFH - Hybrid
Work Timings 4 pm to 1.30 am
