Job Description: Responsibilities: 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for showroom development projects. Translate conceptual designs and 2D layouts into realistic 3D models using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, and AutoCAD. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in 3D representations of showroom layouts. Showroom Development: Collaborate with the design team to understand and interpret showroom development requirements. Contribute to the development of innovative and visually appealing showroom layouts. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to showroom design and layout. Layouting and 2D Design: Utilize AutoCAD for 2D layouting, incorporating spatial planning and design principles. Apply knowledge of architectural and interior design concepts to create efficient and aesthetically pleasing showroom layouts. Rendering Techniques: Proficient in rendering techniques, particularly with Vray for SketchUp. . Ensure realistic lighting, materials, and textures in 3D renders to accurately represent the intended showroom design. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to align 3D visualizations with project requirements. Participate in design reviews and provide input to enhance the overall quality of showroom development projects. Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Vray for SketchUp. Stay informed about the latest updates and advancements in relevant software tools. Problem Solving: Address design challenges and modifications effectively, ensuring the final output meets project specifications. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of 3D models and renders to ensure accuracy and adherence to design guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in showroom development projects. Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Vray for SketchUp. Strong understanding of spatial planning, layout design, and interior architecture. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills (Advantageous): Experience with AutoCAD 2D layouting. Familiarity with other rendering software and tools. Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering in 3ds Max
