Job Description
- Design and develop solutions with the team by following development processes (like SOLID principles, TDD, code reviews )
- Maintain team coding processes and standards to produce quality, clean, efficient code with an eye toward maintainability, interoperability and performance
- Work with the team on project planning and delivery
- Mentor developers of all skill levels on software development best practices
- Help identify areas of technical debt as well as help define a technical roadmap to incrementally address them
- Bring forward ideas to innovate and work with the team to transform ideas to reality.
- Promote team accountability and autonomy
Required Skills
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Extensive experience working across the full stack database, backend and front end
- Strong modern client-side Javascript skills
- Strong knowledge of software design, software architecture, and programming best practices
- Proficient with .Net Framework and .Net Core
- Strong OO skills and extensive programming experience in C#.
- Proficient with building single page applications (SPA) using React.
- Proficient with building RESTful web services using Web API
- Proficient with database design and SQL
- Proficient with Entity Framework and Linq
- Proficient in the use of Visual Studio, source control and continuous integration and deployment tools in DevOps
- Strong experience with agile development methodologies and unit testing
