Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities BRANDING: Handling PAN India Branding in different channels (EBO, LFS, & GT stores) Branding execution work (individual work or bulk requirement ) to be done as per the TAT / with-in committed timelines Handling the complete branding cycle starting from Recci, creative adaptions, creative approvals, PO sharing, final execution to final submission of Invoice with proper POE. Having good knowledge of different types of branding materials with keeping an eye on recent market trends,competition, changing market dynamics and keep updating & mainitaining the quality of print and execution Montly/campaign wise report submission for diffrent brands/Categories with expenses incurred in the same. POP & POSM: Optimization of POP, Kits, Props and other display materials. Proactive planning and procurement and of diffrent POP, Props kits etc and maintaining the safety stocks at warehouse by monitoring it on monthly basis Cost Reduction with proper. analysis and creative thinking to be done to ensure quality of POP is maintained despite Cost efficiency. VENDOR MANAGEMENT: PAN India vendor management for time Efficiently managing the vendors with regular follow-ups, submitting there invoice on monthly basis & clearing their dues on time for efficient execution in market. Developing new vendors for POP, Branding and Corporate gifting etc as per the work requirement. Training Vendors in quarterly interval to ensure adherence to SOPs, print quality and improvement on execution timelines Data Management for all Branding Work in each category with Tracking File Management system for easy understanding. Database Management Data Management for all Branding Work in each category with Tracking File Management system for easy understanding. POP Budget Utlization vs procurement and Vendor Tracking and updation to enhance transparency across all departments. Maintaining images/asset library with sizes across channel for easy reference and faster execution. Maintaining sanction wise / PO wise expense record and submitting report on monthly basis. What Are We Looking For Candidate having great exposure in Branding Executions-PAN India Handling Agencies & Vendors - PAN India POP & POSM development & execution Inventory planning & management EVM/BTL activities & store launches Qualification & Experience Must have 5 to 8 years of experience of working in executing Brandings, BTL activations, planning/procuring and managing POP & POSM for PAN India Candidate should preferable from Retail, FMCG, Eyewear & Watches, Fashion, Apparel, Footwear brands.
