Management Level :7 Work Experience :12-15 years Work location :Bengaluru Must Have Skills : Good To Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a - Responsible for monitoring, managing Mission critical database Production environmentsb - RAC, RAT testing, ASM, Exadata, Performance tuning, Data Guard Physical and Logical, DG Brokerc- monitoring using Oracle Enterprise Manager including target management, installation, HA configuration and administration of OEM, incident and alert management, monitoring templates, DBLM, Integration with ticketing toold - troubleshooting day to day database issues like various installation and patching issuese - Understanding of performance engineering Technical Experience : a - Should have knowledge of Change management processes SLAs, ticketing, approvals etc b - Good understanding of the business impacts of critical situations c - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at the technical and business management level d - Extensive knowledge and solid troubleshooting experience in the following areas: RAC, RAT testing, ASM, Exadata, Performance tuning, Data Guard Physical and Logical, DG Brokere - Experience in database monitoring using Oracle Enterprise Manager including target management, installation, HA configuration and administration of OEM, incident and alert management, monitoring DBLM, Integration with ticketing tool Knowledge of Grafa Professional Attributes : a - Ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues b - Appetite to learn new technologies and constantly improve technical skills c - Good Communication Educational Qualification : a - As per the company standards Additional Information : Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and on weekends from office
