About the Opportunity: Role: Customer Lifecycle Management Designation: Deputy Manager Reporting: Associate Director Location: Gurugram About the Function: The customer lifecycle marketing function owns the strategy and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives for each stage of the customer journey, which includes onboarding, engagement, retention and focus on instilling loyalty within our ever-growing customer base. About the Role: MakeMyTrip is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager for the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team. The candidate will be required to own customer experience right from onboarding, retention, cross-sell & up-sell and at an overall level is responsible for increasing the Lifetime Value of the Customers. What will you be doing: Campaign Management: conceptualize, design and execute marketing campaigns in order to drive engagement, retention & loyalty among own customer bases. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to. gain deep insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends by using tools such as Excel/ SQL to analyze large datasets, identifying patterns and opportunities for growth. Segmentation & Targeting: create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey. Customer journeys: Improve customer journeys by reducing effort, number of interactions and efficient communications through exposure to automation and other CLM Tools. What are you required to bring to the team: Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a comprehensive, long-term customer lifecycle strategy aligned with the company's goals and values. Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behavior patterns, and using this information to make data-driven decisions. CRM Skills: Experience with CRM tools and systems to effectively manage customer interactions and relationships. Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, and the ability to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns accordingly. Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee various campaigns and initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective execution. Qualification & Experience: MBA from Top institutions of India. 2-4 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce industry. Hands on experience with Web analytics tools like Adobe analytics/Google analytics and CRM tools like MoEngage, Webengage, Clevertap etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
