Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales And Marketing Specialist for our location in Indore. As a Sales And Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. Your day-to-day activities will comprise of but not limited to conducting market research, analyzing market trends, creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, lead generation, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing. Proven experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Market and Product Research Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Sales and CRM (Customer Relationship. Management) software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Freshsales, and Hub spot) Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, and adapt to the changing market environment. A proactive self-starter and team player who can multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry Ability to conduct market analysis and identify untapped opportunities for growth
