JOB PROFILE: Designation: Ecommerce Account Executive Location: Sapana Sangeeta Road,Tower Square, Indore, MP Bachelor: degree or equivalent 1+ years of experience in sales or account management in Consumer/eCommerce/Retail industries Business proficiency in verbal and written English Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of MS Office Salary: As per the industry norms Language: Excellent Verbal & Written communication in English. Hindi. Skill Required: Graduate with 1+ years of experience in the sales domain. Good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels. Effective communication skills Attitude & Aptitude for Business growth by building good business relations with vendors. Generate and increase business through the sellers on our ecommerce platform. Influencing skills: Identify builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach. Seller relationships: Work as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned sellers portfolio. Build, manage and maintain strong, sellers relationships by solving the sellers queries and increase business according to given target month on month with the assigned sellers. Seller operations: Work with sellers and internal stakeholders to improve operational elements of sellers business on MavshackLive to ensure great buyer experience. Assistance with high severity requests and/or issue escalations as needed should be provided. Provide timely as well as successful delivery of resolutions Basic market knowledge Good understanding of the general market concepts and drivers of any Effective Presentation - Excellent written and oral presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts Internal & External Relationships: Proven track record of developing, managing and growing business relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a results-oriented environment.
