JOB PROFILE: Designation: Accounting and Operations Executive. No of position: 1 Job Location: Indore, M.P Bachelor: degree or equivalent 6 months to 1 years of experience in Accounting and MS Excell Salary: As per the industry norms Language: Good Verbal & Written communication in English. Hindi. Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage all accounting transactions. Book Keeping on daily basis. Bank Reconciliation. TDS Basic Knowledge. Generating Tax Invoices. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely bank payments. Compute GST R1 and 3B, return filing knowledge GST 2B Reconciliation Responding to inquiries concerning business processes or the organization Make telephone calls when needed to confirm order status. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. Should be able to work with a Team. Manage Records details. Good Communication skills and must know telephone manner. Desired Candidate Profile Commerce Graduate or equivalent. Up to 1 year of experience/ Fresher Computer skills, especially Excel, MS Office. Additional education or experience may be preferred. Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends. The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher also invited for interview. Salary: 1.80-2.00 LPA.
