Job Description

As a Healthcare Provider Consulting, you will be a part of a team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include: Provide expert-level consultation to healthcare providers on strategic initiatives, process optimization, and performance improvement Conduct comprehensive analyses of healthcare provider workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and enhanced patient care Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and standards, and ensure that healthcare providers adhere to compliance requirements Collaborate with providers to integrate technology solutions into their workflows, and optimize the use of Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Health Information Exchange (HIE), and other healthcare technologies Utilize data analytics to extract actionable insights from healthcare. data, and support evidence-based decision-making Conduct training sessions and educational programs for healthcare provider staff, and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for optimal performance Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare provider consulting Education Engineering Degree BE/BTech/Masters/Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable Mandatory Skills Should have in-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes in a healthcare setting Must have strong understanding of clinical operations and workflows Should have proficiency in managing value-based care initiatives and programs Must have experience in healthcare analytics and data-driven decision-making Should have knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise between clinical and financial teams Should have expertise in optimizing revenue streams while maintaining high-quality patient care Desired Skills Familiarity with emerging technologies in healthcare, such as AI and telemedicine is preferred Strong project management skills to oversee the implementation of RCM and value-based care strategies will be preferred Experience in training and educating healthcare staff on RCM and value-based care best practices will be an added advantage Ability to analyze and interpret financial and clinical performance data for process improvement will be a plus In-depth understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies in healthcare will be a bonus About CitiusTech CitiusTech Healthcare Technology Pvt.
