Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at HelloGM. As the Customer Support Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, providing product and service information, and building customer relationships. The candidate will also help customers troubleshoot technical issues with the platform, as well as escalate and track issues when necessary.
