We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role primarily involves handling email and chat inquiries from customers on our UK and USA ecommerce platforms. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns. Assist customers in navigating the website and resolving any issues they may encounter. Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions. Requirements: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in an ecommerce environment. Excellent written communication skills for email support. Proficiency in live chat communication. Familiarity with UK and USA customer service expectations. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred. Qualifications: Experience with ecommerce platforms and order management systems. Knowledge of the products/services offered by the company
