Assist customers in navigating the website and resolving any issues they may encounter. Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions. Requirements: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in an ecommerce environment. Excellent written communication skills for email support. Proficiency in live chat communication. Familiarity with UK and USA customer service expectations. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
