Role Description We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join the team at Trifon BPO Outsourcing and Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Shimla, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests. You will also be responsible for providing product and service information, and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can multi-task and work under pressure. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Good computer skills and knowledge of relevant software programs Able to work independently with minimal supervision High school diploma or GED required, associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred . Candidate should have previous customer service experience Able to demonstrate empathy and patience when interacting with customers Basic knowledge of call center procedures and customer service techniques is desirable
