Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, or Customer Satisfaction experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience, empathy and professionalism Good time. management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite Experience in healthcare or medical settings is a plus Degree in Communication, Business or related field is a plus
