Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and enhancing customer experience. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Experience in providing customer service in a BPO or related environment is a plus Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred Freshers also can apply
