The Opportunity

As a Software Engineer IV, you will play a critical role in the development, maintenance, and deployment of TAP. Youll work with a global team across the US, Mexico, UK, and India, contributing to high-quality releases and directly impacting client success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance .NET web applications (feature development, bug fixes, performance tuning).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, Support, and Customer Success.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code refactoring and peer reviews.
• Develop and execute unit and regression tests.
• Identify and fix security vulnerabilities using best practices and tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold coding standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in .NET-based web application development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.

Technical Skills

• Languages & Frameworks: C#, ASP.NET, MVC 5
• Frontend: JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Database: Azure SQL Server, Entity Framework or similar ORM
• APIs: RESTful Web Services
• Testing: NUnit/xUnit, Moq
• Tools: Microsoft Visual Studio, Code quality and performance analysis tools
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum

Bonus Points

• Experience with low-code/no-code workflow automation platforms
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Familiarity with OAuth, SAML
• NoSQL (MongoDB) experience
• Knowledge of OWASP security standards
• Exposure to AI tools like GitHub Copilot
