Desired Candidate Profile

Job Responsibilities :

• Strengthen the FP&A function at R&D centre and Plant:
  
  • Product / Project costing at R&D
  • Product costing from R&D to manufacturing Plant
  • Cost controls at R&D centre
  • Decision support for production in case of capacity restriction at manufacturing Plant, to optimise profits

• Periodically publish the business performance report of R&D
• Preparing business presentations for R&D
• Portfolio analysis of projects at R&D and assess its profitability as a profit centre
• Preparation of Annual Revenue and capital budget for R&D
• Inventory control and analysis
• Interacting and providing info to statutory and internal auditors

QUALIFICATION

• CA / ICWA 6-7 years experience
• Pharma industry is must

Other requirements

• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Worked in a SAP environment
• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize work
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Possess key functional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good analytical skills.
• Position requires good verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work well with internal and external personnel of all levels.

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  CA

Doctorate:  Other Doctorate
