Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Supervise a team of cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff to achieve high-quality results.
  • Develop menus, recipes, and pricing strategies in collaboration with senior management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to meet health and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years' experience as a chef de partie or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Diploma from a recognized institution (e.g., IHM).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine with ability to create innovative dishes using local ingredients.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service.
