Executive Recruitment/Back Office Executive 04
Trainee /Freshers 04
Job Profile :
Coordination with Clients for Personnel Requirements
Understanding the client requirement & JD of the position
Searching candidates in Database, Job Portals & Walk in Interview
Screening & Analysis of Resumes as per JD/ Summary
Conduct & Manage telephonic Interviews of the candidates
Line up for Interview as per Schedule
Maintaining and updating the database on daily basis.
Ensuring Joining of the Candidate.
Interacting with the clients on a daily basis to get updates on the resources as well as new requirements.
Handling Team
Joining Formalities & Record
Taking care of complete Staff Data Base and preparing all letters like Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Experience and Reliving.
Qualification: Any Graduate/Under Graduate
Location : CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
