Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team within the SME Equity Capital Markets division. Devise and implement equity capital strategies, particularly for SME IPOs. Coordinate effectively with various intermediaries such as underwriters, legal firms, and financial advisors involved in executing SME IPOs. Ensure stringent adherence to SEBI ICDR regulations and other pertinent legal frameworks. Engage closely. with clients to discern their financial aspirations and deliver customized solutions. Forge and nurture robust relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry players. Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic shifts to offer expert advice. Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and proposals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA in Finance/LLB/CA/CS/CFA is a plus. Demonstrated understanding of SEBI ICDR regulations and their application in equity capital markets Minimum of 5 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets or Investment Banking. Strong understanding of SMEs and their financial needs. Proven track record of successfully managing teams and client relationships. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of Indian financial markets and regulations. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
