Technical Support Advisor (International process, Inbound)

Location: Kolkata, Saltlake sector v

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Technical Support Advisor. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tech related services to our clients by troubleshooting on inbound calls and handle escalation cases.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls.

- Providing product/service information to customers.

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

- Graduation mandatory

- Minimum 1 year of documented experience in BPO.

- Sound Technical knowledge.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English.

- Comfortable in hardcore night shift

Shifts:

Hardcore night shift

Any 9.5 hour during 4 pm to 10 am

5 working days with 2 rotational week off

Transporation:

One sided pickup or drop for odd hour shifts

Salary :

CTC 32K

In hand 27K
