Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • HR Business Partnering: Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders managing large tele-calling operations.
  • Workforce Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle of 1000+ Tele Callers including hiring coordination, onboarding, attendance, engagement, and exit management.
  • Performance Management: Drive the performance appraisal process, ensure timely goal setting, regular feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans where needed.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale, reduce attrition, and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure statutory compliance, HR policy adherence, and support in handling audits or employee grievances effectively.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report HR metrics like attrition, retention, absenteeism, and productivity. Use insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leaders, operations managers, and support functions to ensure business continuity and workforce stability.
  • Talent Management: Identify high-potential talent and partner with Learning & Development to create targeted development plans.
  • Culture Champion: Foster a culture of transparency, feedback, inclusiveness, and performance within the workforce

Preferred candidate profile


  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience: 7 - 10 years of HRBP experience, preferably with exposure to managing large domestic Customer experience or tele-calling teams.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
