Candidate should have basic computer hardware troubleshoot and Peripherals (printers and scanners) knowledge.
Candidate should know the installation of windows operating system, Windows & antivirus patch updating, printer, other drivers & applications installation.
Candidate should take care of L1 support for the network troubleshooting
