The Assistant Manager - Lighting Solutions is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with clients and architects to drive business growth. The Assistant Manager - Lighting Solutions will be responsible for creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing projects from conception to. completion, including project management, design support, cost control, and quality assurance. They must be able to analyze project requirements and align them with our lighting solutions to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant field 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or project management in the lighting industry or related field Experience in managing vendors, stakeholders, and project teams Understanding of architectural lighting design and technologies, lighting controls, and lighting software Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Fluency in English, Hindi, and any additional language(s) is a plus Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and visit project sites SKILLS REQUIRED AutoCAD Sketchup Photoshop Lumion
