ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment of the New agents and engaging with the existing agents.
• Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents.
• Ensuring the agent productivity and activation.
• Product Training to agent and agents life cycle management.
• Brand development by conducting sales campaigns.
• Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction.
• Ensuring meeting of the goal sheet targets month on month basis.
