Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Executive to join our FMCG company. As the E-commerce Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall digital presence of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience, optimize sales channels, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online visibility, brand awareness, and market share. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Online Sales Growth: Drive and monitor online sales performance across various e-commerce platforms. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and implement tactics to boost sales conversion and customer retention. Digital Marketing: Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including. SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and improve customer acquisition. Merchandising and Product Listing: Ensure accurate and engaging product listings, images, and content on e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling product pages that drive customer interest. Channel Management: Manage relationships with e-commerce partners, third-party vendors, and marketplaces. Negotiate favorable terms and agreements to expand our reach and enhance profitability. Customer Experience: Focus on improving the overall online shopping experience, from website navigation to checkout processes. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on e-commerce performance. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement. Inventory Management: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely order fulfillment. Implement inventory management practices to reduce stockouts and excess inventory. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and data security standards to protect customer information and maintain the reputation of our brand. Requirements In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
