Customer Experience:
- Provide clear direction for delivering a signature experience.
- Maintain visually appealing store displays.
- Maximize repeat business and Net Promoter Score
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit and develop a high performing team.
- Communicate effectively through coaching and performance management.
- Identify and develop talent for career progression
Collaboration and Business Performance:
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong teamwork to deliver business performance
- Solve store issues to ensure smooth operations
- Minimum of 6 years in retail management roles.
- Strong ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational standards.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Keen eye for visual merchandising and store layout.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve operational issues.
