Opening for the profile of customer support Associate

About the Role
We are looking for customer service executives for inbound and outbound customer service
operations. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, concerns, and escalations across channels - calls, chats, emails, and social media. You are expected to work very closely with cross-functional teams to provide instant solutions to customers.

Timings: 6:00 am to 3:00 am (ANY 9 Hours Shift)
Rotational shift Depends upon the roster

Location: Saki Vihar road, Tunga village, Powai

Working Mode:

• Hybrid model of working
• 2 weeks work from office ( Day shift)
• 4 weeks work from home (Night shift)

Experience : 0 - 3 years

• - Must have an Internet speed of a minimum of 50 Mbps
• - Good Quality Headsets.
• - Power backup in case there are frequent power failures
