Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands

our business with existing customer base and supports business development team

Meet with existing dealers, clients and collaborators to grow long-lasting relationships

Recruit and train sales staff and dealers staff to fill knowledge gaps within the team

Ensure that targets are met by holding regular reviews and setting objectives for sales channels and team members  and monitor progress

Manage the monthly and yearly sales targets
