Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant Apprentice to join our Human Resources team. This apprenticeship role will primarily support recruitment operations, onboarding processes, and documentation tasks such as offer letter generation. Its an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR activities and build a strong foundation in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits.
- Support end-to-end onboarding processes, including document collection, background verification, and induction coordination.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Help track new joiner status, follow up on pending documents, and ensure onboarding checklists.
- Support recruitment operations such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in managing HR databases, reports, and trackers (e.g., offer tracker, onboarding tracker).
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
