Role Description The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales operation within the Ahmedabad area, along with maintaining and strengthening client relations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Manager will develop and implement a sales plan to achieve the sales targets, increase market share, and maximize customer satisfaction. The candidate will be expected to develop and execute sales strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and represent the company at industry events. Qualifications Sales and Marketing skills Ability to develop and. implement sales strategies, plan, and campaigns Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and customer service skills Ability to maintain and strengthen client relations Ability to analyze sales data and market trends Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences industry is beneficial Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
