We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Manager - Payroll & Compliance. Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Look after end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Process payroll in a timely manner, including the calculation of wages, overtime, and other related components and inputs. Address employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies. Compliance Oversight: Stay updated on relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to payroll, taxation, and other applicable areas. Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any compliance issues. Documentation and Reporting: . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to payroll and compliance. Generate reports for management and regulatory authorities as needed. Prepare and submit statutory reports within specified deadlines. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve payroll and compliance processes for efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices to enhance overall payroll and compliance functions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR department to coordinate and align payroll activities with broader HR functions. Coordinate and support to the corporate payroll team
