Role Description Technotude is seeking an experienced full-time Senior Sales Engineer/Deputy Manager- Sales for on-site work located in Vadodara. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales of the company's products and services within a defined geographic area, ensuring consistent growth and. profitability while delivering technical solutions and negotiating contracts. The Senior Sales Engineer will be required to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering and a related field with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in sales engineering Strong technical sales acumen with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales process to closure with both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders Knowledge of automation products, services, and industry trends Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience selling into Marine/Offshore, HVAC, or Pharmaceutical industries is a plus
