Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager - Industrial Engineering

DESIGNATION: Dy. Manager

DEPARTMENT: NPD / Section: PD

RESPONSIBILITY:

Preparation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for manufacturing of New Product machine assembly

Detailed JOB Description:

1) Planning SOP for newly developed machines at PD

2) Responsible for identification & execution of SOP for all NPD projects

3) SOP work distribution to team members.

4) Responsible preparation of SOP documents for:

a) machine assembly and sub-sub detail assemblies.

b) machine decals (Branding decals & Safety Decals).

c) paint masking.

d) Retro or Field machines.

5) Responsible for SOP revision or modification based on ECN/ECR.

6) Studying 3D-CAD models of complete machine and understand assembling method

and part details.

7) SOP planning review with HOD and updating project status on weekly basis.

8) Support to mfg. team, proto team and service team for SOP document updating or

revision.

9) Validation of SOP with Physical Machine during Pilot build in coordination with Proto

& quality Team

10) Responsible for getting SOP approval from designer and proto team to finalize the

documents

11) SOP documents migration in PLM.

12) Creating sub assembly and sub-sub assembly drawings with exploded views.

13) Check SAP-BOM against 3D-CAD assembly and get confirmation with designer.

14) Solve quarries of SAP BOM and review meeting with proto team and designer.

15) Trouble solving with design team for CAD models error! and change design task.
