Were Hiring OPT Recruiter / H1B Transfer Specialist
Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur)
Experience: 3+ Years |
Full-time Work from Office: Onsite (5-Days working) - WFO only
Shift Timing: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST.
Were looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in:
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in handling H1B transfers
- Strong background in working with direct client positions
- Familiarity with project transfers
- Source and recruit H1B transfer candidates.
- Develop relationships with candidates and clients.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle.
Requirements: - Experience in OPT recruitment. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in teams. - Knowledge of recruitment trends. We are seeking OPT Recruiter with Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, a prior database of OPT candidates, and Strong convincing skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruiting experience of hiring OPT/CPT/US Citizen/Green Card, or all eligible to work in the US consultants and getting them on our W2. Strong experience in getting H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from different resources.
Hands-on experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, LinkedIn, a prior database of OPT candidates.
Should contact recent masters students in the United States and encourage them to join our consultancy. Screening the resumes, maintaining a separate database, and Following up daily with the candidates.
Explaining and Negotiation about compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants. Must have extensive knowledge of Visa Filling and Contract Terms.
Must have excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills.
