Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Build and maintain both front-end and back-end elements of modern web applications, prioritizing usability, performance, and scalability.
- Platform Enhancement: Contribute to enhancing platform functionality and performance for an optimal user experience.
- Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices, proactively adopting them as appropriate.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, participating in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 2-7 years as a software developer, with solid experience in full-stack development.Technical Skills:
- Front-end expertise (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies is preferred
- Familiarity with Restful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with version control (preferably Git).
Frameworks & Tools:
- Proficient in modern frameworks (React, Angular, Spring Boot, Express.js, Django).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for resolving complex technical issues.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with a distributed team.

- Effective time management and independence.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud-native and server less architectures.
- Experience with mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
- Exposure to machine learning, AI, or data analytics.
