Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive Product Demonstration & Customer Engagement

Location: Nehrunagar / Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Initiate first contact with potential customers via phone and email.
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstration sessions using appropriate screen-sharing tools.
- Deliver tailored, informative, and engaging product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively address their questions and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring consistent follow-up and support.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for seamless lead transitions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in using virtual meeting and screen sharing tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility:
- Candidates currently residing in Ahmedabad are preferred.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
