Job Description
Responsible for overall Production Planning & Control activities of the Plant.
Scheduling Production Planning activities in detail considering respective durations of Engineering, Sourcing and manufacturing for on time Delivery.

Responsible for release of Production order in SAP, and also coordinate for Subcontracting of components.

Follow up and scheduled review with Engineering, sourcing and manufacturing to achieve project targets.

Anticipation and Critical path analysis for the projects.

Responsible for on time release of engineering drawings, material availability and manufacturing (fabrication, machining, assembly) Critical machine loading, output monitoring & analysis to reduce bottle-neck conditions.

Resource planning, leveling & load distribution.

Issue material slips to store to receive all pressure parts & offer to QC for taking approval from Inspection Agencies.

Responsible to attend daily production meeting, for status updating & resolving the day to day issues.
