Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of supervisors and a labor force to ensure timely dispatch of the finished
goods to meet our sales targets
2. Report daily to the company's Managing director with weekly and daily dispatch plans
and progress
4. Coordinate with various internal teams such as production, accounting, logistics, store
etc. to develop and execute the dispatch plan
5. Maintain required stock levels of finished goods for timely deliveries.
6. Creating reports for the top management.
7. Responsible for the Dispatch related activities like adhering to dispatch plan, loading slip generation, supervise loading etc. Coordination with Sales, Production, Transporters, Detailed documentation, MIS Report.
