Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates should be comfortable in fieldwork.
  • Candidates should know the vernacular language.
  • Candidates should have a laptop, vehicle, and a valid driving license.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop retention strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively engage with customers in person to address concerns and gather feedback.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, both in person and remotely.
  • Educate customers on product features and updates during field visits.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and implement improvement

strategies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Additional Qualification and Skills:

  • Customer-centric mindset and a willingness to engage directly with clients.
  • Ability to work well independently and in teams.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
