Job Description

Key Responsibilities Client relationship management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests Sales support: Assist in the identification of new business opportunities and contribute to the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials as needed Account maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client account information. Monitor service delivery and address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly Communication: Effectively communicate the value of ProntoSys IT services and its offerings to clients. Keep clients informed about product updates, industry trends, and relevant information Team collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure seamless service delivery Reporting: Prepare regular reports on. client account status, sales activities, and other relevant metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment Basic understanding of IT services and solutions is a plus
