Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization and time-management skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Discretion and confidentiality Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Secretarial Sciences, or a related field Knowledge of project management tools and software is a plus
